Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before placing any orders.

Returns

I am able to accept returns on items that are available for ‘immediate despatch’ within my online shop.  Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are unworn with all labels intact and in the original packaging.  You must notify me, within 48 hours of delivery, of your intention to return the item.

Once I have received the returned item and am satisfied with its condition, I will refund the cost of the item to your PayPal account / credit card excluding any postage costs.

Please note that you are responsible during the time any returned item is in transit, until it is returned to Corrie Couture.  I therefore advise that a ‘signed for’ service is used.

I am unable to offer a refund on items made to order or altered by request, as such items are a bespoke order.

Please note that, where necessary, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have supplied the correct head size measurement when ordering.  See my FAQ’s page for details on how to measure your hat size.

In the unlikely event that a piece is found to be faulty Corrie Couture will cover all the costs involved in returning it.
